Police in Leicestershire are on the lookout for a man following reports from three women who were victims of indecent exposure incidents in Loughborough. The incidents, believed to be connected, occurred over a two-month period. The first incident was reported on November 25 when a woman in her 20s witnessed a man exposing himself on Forest Road around 6 pm. Another incident took place on December 29, where a woman in her 20s reported a similar incident near Thorpe Hill before 10 am. The most recent incident was on January 15, when a woman in her 20s reported an exposure incident near Emmanuel Way just before 2 pm, with the man touching her inappropriately.
The police are actively investigating these incidents and treating them as linked. Sergeant Stephanie Develing, the Deputy Neighbourhood Policing Area Commander for Charnwood, stated that comprehensive inquiries are ongoing and urged anyone with information to come forward. To address community concerns, police patrols have been increased in the area, including both uniformed and plain-clothed officers. The investigation involves analyzing CCTV footage, interviewing witnesses, and other efforts to identify the perpetrator.
