“From Mucky to Magnificent: Mansion Revamped by New Owner”

The Mucky Mansion formerly owned by Katie Price has undergone a significant transformation under its new owner, James Mercer. Price was compelled to sell the dilapidated nine-bedroom property in West Sussex for £1.15 million due to missed mortgage payments, leaving the house in a state of disrepair.

Despite Price’s warnings about the property being cursed, Mercer has taken on the challenge and revamped the mansion into an impressive dwelling. Recent aerial images of the estate reveal extensive renovations in progress, including a new roof, windows, doors, and exterior walls.

While the refurbishment continues, neighbors have noted the remarkable improvements, acknowledging the hard work put into restoring the mansion. On the other hand, Price has defended herself against criticisms of her current rented residence, emphasizing that recent clutter outside was merely leftover Christmas waste awaiting collection.

Price, who experienced anxiety and negative energy at the Mucky Mansion, expressed relief at having sold the property in December 2024 to settle her debts. Her daughter Princess Andre also shared unsettling memories of the house, describing it as a place where she felt uncomfortable due to past experiences.

Additionally, Price mentioned ghostly encounters at the mansion, recounting incidents involving her son Jett and paranormal activities in certain rooms. Despite the haunted reputation of the Mucky Mansion, the new owner’s efforts are turning it into an exceptional property, marking a fresh chapter for the estate’s legacy.
