Abbey Clancy recently joked about a top tennis player allegedly showing interest in her husband, Peter Crouch, during a trip to the Middle East. The couple had just returned from the United Arab Emirates, where Peter participated in the prestigious World Sports Summit in Dubai held at the luxurious Madinat Jumeirah resort in December 2025.
While in Dubai, Peter and their daughter, Sophia, attended an exhibition tennis match featuring Aryna Sabalenka and Nick Kyrgios. Abbey, speaking on their Therapy Crouch podcast, humorously expressed jealousy about missing the event due to the lengthy tennis matches not being suitable for their children.
During the match, Sophia got to meet her tennis idol Sabalenka on the court. Abbey then playfully teased Peter about a supposed flirtatious interaction between him and the tennis star. Peter clarified that it was all in good fun and that Sabalenka was simply expressing admiration, not flirting.
In other news, Abbey celebrated her 40th birthday with an outpouring of support from friends and fans. She thanked her partner, a former Liverpool FC player, for arranging a special day that included a surprise trip to Paris. Sharing photos from the celebration, Abbey expressed gratitude for the love shown by her husband, family, and friends who traveled from around the world to join her in Paris.
