Video Reveals ICE Agent Shooting US Navy Veteran

Newly released footage reveals that Renee Good was shot three times by an ICE agent after she attempted to drive around him, with the agent hurling derogatory slurs at her during the altercation.

The video, recorded by the ICE agent, provides a detailed account from his perspective of the events leading up to the shooting. Good’s car is depicted obstructing the road as the agent exits his vehicle to walk around her car, capturing images of her face and license plate.

During the encounter, Good remains calm, stating, “That’s fine, dude. I’m not mad at you,” while another individual, believed to be her partner, records the officer on a phone. Good asserts, “We don’t change our plates every morning. They’ll still be the same plates when you come talk to us later. That’s fine. US citizen and former Navy veteran, you want to come at us?”

As the situation escalates, other officers arrive on the scene, demanding Good to exit the vehicle. Good then maneuvers her car to drive around the officer in front, prompting the agent to fire three shots while referring to her as a derogatory term.

The footage, released by Alpha News, contradicts statements made by the White House regarding the incident, shedding light on the context of the confrontation. It confirms that Good had parked her car to obstruct ICE agents’ work but indicates that she and her companion did not display aggression.

Importantly, the video demonstrates that Good did not intentionally try to harm the officer but was instead attempting to maneuver around him. Following the video’s release, US Vice President JD Vance claimed that it supported his assertion that Good had deliberately tried to harm the officer, a statement met with criticism.

The incident underscores the ongoing tensions between law enforcement and civilians, sparking debates over accountability and use of force in such encounters.
