“Disgraced Prince Andrew to be Evicted from Royal Lodge”

Months after the announcement that Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor would be evicted from the Royal Lodge, a recent statement from a royal insider has disclosed the impending eviction date. The disgraced royal had his royal titles revoked by his elder brother King Charles and surrendered his 75-year lease on the 30-room Windsor estate in October last year due to the ongoing scandal related to his association with convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein.

After much speculation by royal enthusiasts on when the former prince would depart from the luxurious yet deteriorating residence that has been his home for over two decades, it has been unveiled that his exit will happen in just a few days. Both Andrew and his former wife Sarah Ferguson, who has resided with him in the Royal Lodge since 2008, are required to vacate the premises by the end of the month, with reports indicating that Sarah is eager to explore new opportunities.

According to a source from Hello! Magazine, “Andrew and Sarah must relocate by January 25. She has supported him for many years but now seeks independence. She will not be moving in with him to the new residence on the Sandringham Estate. Neither will she be residing at Beatrice’s Cotswolds home. It is likely that Eugenie’s residence in Portugal could be an option while she searches for a new place.”

Regarding their relationship, the source mentioned, “Andrew has isolated himself from external news sources. He remains secluded in his own world. The daughters do maintain contact with him. Sarah continues to be deeply affected by recent events.”

On a recent Wednesday, large removal trucks were observed at the Windsor estate, where they stayed for several hours before departing. Simultaneously, workers were seen at Andrew’s potential new residence on the Sandringham estate, making preparations for his arrival.

Speculation suggests that Andrew might be relocating to Marsh Farm on the King’s Norfolk estate, although the property is presently undergoing renovations to ensure it is ready for his occupancy in the upcoming months. Buckingham Palace has not officially confirmed Andrew’s move to Marsh Farm.

Technicians from Sky were spotted at Marsh Farm installing what appears to be Sky Broadband in anticipation of Andrew’s arrival. A technician with Sky VIP Team branding was seen climbing a ladder to inspect the property’s roof.

A substantial fence has been erected around Marsh Farm to enhance the privacy and security for the potential new resident. As renovations continue at Marsh Farm, it is anticipated that Andrew will stay in temporary accommodations before settling into the Norfolk estate around Easter.

In late October 2025, King Charles formally removed his disgraced brother Andrew’s HRH style, prince title, and dukedom from the Roll of the Peerage due to his “serious lapses” in judgment. This decision followed the release of a posthumous memoir by Andrew’s accuser, Virginia Giuffre, and the disclosure of documents from Epstein’s estate by the US government. It was revealed that Andrew had corresponded with Epstein in 2011, stating “we’re in this together,” contradicting his previous claim of cutting all ties with the controversial figure. Andrew maintains his innocence against all accusations.
