Samsung has officially announced that the upcoming Galaxy S smartphones will be revealed later this month during the Galaxy Unpacked event set to take place in San Francisco on February 25. The event will showcase the new Samsung Galaxy S26 series, which includes the S26, S26 Plus, and S26 Ultra. Those interested can watch the event live on the Samsung website starting at 6pm GMT.
Samsung is offering incentives to fans who register early for the event. By registering, fans can receive a £30 voucher for Galaxy ecosystem products, double storage on pre-ordered phones, and a chance to win one of 10 £500 Samsung vouchers.
The new smartphones from Samsung are designed to enhance daily tasks through integrated Artificial Intelligence (AI) features. Samsung describes the new Galaxy S series as simplifying daily interactions, boosting confidence, and seamlessly integrating Galaxy AI into everyday usage.
As retailers prepare for the launch of the new Galaxy S series, discounts are being offered on the current Galaxy S25 models. For instance, Sky Mobile has reduced the monthly cost of the S25 Ultra from £43 to £31, saving customers £432 over the contract period. Customers should note there is an upfront cost and a 36-month commitment required for this deal.
Amazon is also offering discounts of up to 20% on select models of the standard S25 and S25 Ultra when purchased outright, with savings of almost £250. The prices have been reduced to £639.20 and £999.20, respectively, but the offer is only valid until February 24 or while stocks last.
