Peppa Pig, Wicked dolls, Formula 1 Lego, and Hot Wheels are among the highly sought-after toys for the upcoming Christmas season.

Leading industry experts and toy retailers have unveiled the anticipated best-selling products for the 2025 DreamToys list. The Peppa Pig Oinks & Snuggles Evie Doll, equipped with over 20 interactive sounds and accessories like a playmat, bottle, dummy, bib, and blanket, is expected to be a hit.

Another highlight is the Jurassic World Primal Hatch T.Rex, allowing kids to nurture their own dinosaur by hatching it from an egg shell through tapping and engaging in interactive play.

The Wicked For Good Singing Dolls have also made the list, with projections indicating increased sales following the recent release of the final movie in the franchise.

In celebration of the 75th anniversary of Formula 1, Lego and Mattel’s Hot Wheels Racing F1 Grand Prix Circuit have secured spots on the coveted list, alongside the Monster Jam Smash & Bash Grave Digger RC.

The array of collectibles includes Dress to Impress Mystery Model Dolls, Mini Brands Fill the Fridge Playset, and Pokemon items.

Building sets have emerged as the fastest-growing segment for the second consecutive year, with Lego featuring two sets on the list: Speed Champions F1 Racing Cars and the One Piece the Going Merry Pirate Ship.

The UK toy market, valued at £3.9 billion, is expected to see Christmas sales accounting for 23% of the total annual revenue.

According to market intelligence firm The Insights Family, parental spending on children’s gifts has risen by 12% year-on-year, marking the fourth consecutive year of growth.

Paul Reader, chairman of the DreamToys selection panel at the Toy Retailers Association, expressed excitement over this year’s diverse range of toys designed to inspire creativity and imagination.

Melissa Symonds, executive director of UK toys at Circana, highlighted the positive growth trend in the toy market after several years of subdued performance, indicating a promising outlook for both toy manufacturers and retailers as the crucial holiday season approaches.
