A former participant of the reality TV show Love Island has unveiled her transformed appearance following a recent rhinoplasty procedure. The 30-year-old celebrity underwent the surgery discreetly and then took to social media to share the results with her followers.
Kady McDermott, who is currently in Dubai, revealed her new look by stepping out without a nose cast, proudly displaying her altered image. She posted pictures on her social media Stories, captioning one of them with “That feeling when you get your nose cast off.”
The reality star also posted a video on TikTok, receiving positive feedback from her fans. This was the first time Kady had publicly acknowledged her surgery, with many of her followers expressing admiration for her appearance even before the procedure, stating she was already perfect.
After moving to Dubai, Kady reportedly reignited a past romance with her on-again-off-again partner, Henry Simmons, a millionaire. Despite previously swearing off relationships, the pair got back together in November.
Kady, who rose to fame on the ITV reality show a decade ago, began dating Henry in September 2024. She hinted at their relationship by sharing photos from their holiday in St Tropez.
Their relationship was short-lived initially, as Kady soon announced her single status, citing issues with morals. However, she later reconciled with Henry, confirming their reunion through a photo together.
In addition to sharing updates about her love life and recent surgery, Kady has been documenting her relocation to Dubai on social media, including bringing her Pomeranian dog with her.
Kady first appeared on Love Island in 2016 and returned for another stint in 2023, hoping for a better outcome. She coupled up with Scottish footballer Ouzy See during her second appearance but the relationship ended shortly after the show’s reunion.
