“Concerns Rise Over President Trump’s Health”

President Donald Trump’s team has had to reschedule meetings with him due to increasing worries about his well-being. Concerns have been raised about Trump’s physical fitness since he took office at the age of 79, with doubts about his ability to complete his term. Despite receiving a clean bill of health from his doctor, speculation persists that he may be using a catheter and experiencing dementia, claims that the White House has firmly rejected.

Rumors about Trump’s health have been fueled by visible bruising on his hands, which the White House attributes to excessive handshaking, as well as instances of apparent fatigue and difficulty hearing during meetings. To address this hearing issue, those around him have reportedly started speaking louder in meetings to ensure he can hear them, as reported by the Wall Street Journal.

Trump sarcastically responded to claims about his hearing difficulties during a press conference, jokingly stating that he couldn’t hear what was being said. However, he later clarified that his hearing struggles only occur in noisy environments with many people speaking. Despite this, some experts have put forth more serious theories regarding his physical condition.

In a podcast called ‘Inside Trump’s head’, biographer Michael Wolff discussed White House chief of staff Susie Wiles’ comparison of Trump to someone with an “alcoholic’s personality”. Wolff proposed a different type of personality disorder for Trump, suggesting that dealing with him is akin to handling a dementia patient due to his uninhibited personality traits becoming more prominent.

Wolff further mentioned that Trump’s age-related concerns are reminiscent of the scrutiny faced by Joe Biden during his presidency, emphasizing the lack of a mechanism for an objective diagnosis of the President’s cognitive health. The comparison between Trump and Biden’s cognitive challenges has sparked discussions on the difficulty of assessing such issues without concrete evidence.
