Notorious Killer Ian Huntley Faces Prison Discipline

Notorious criminal Ian Huntley, convicted for the brutal murders of Holly Wells and Jessica Chapman, has reportedly faced disciplinary action in prison. Huntley, serving two life sentences, has had his Xbox confiscated due to rule violations related to possession of unauthorized items. Additionally, he has been relocated within HMP Frankland, a high-security facility in County Durham, to an area usually designated for elderly inmates.

Huntley, about to turn 52, had his privileges revoked after being found with prohibited items like DVDs, USB sticks, and magazines in his cell. Admission of these infractions led to the removal of his Xbox gaming console. The prison, known as “Monster Mansion,” houses some of the UK’s most dangerous criminals, including Levi Bellfield, Wayne Couzens, and Michael Adebolajo.

Sources indicate that Huntley, who had been accustomed to playing his Xbox regularly, is displeased with the punishment and the transfer to a section housing older inmates. Despite his previous arrogance, fellow prisoners find amusement in his situation, believing it has humbled him.

Huntley, previously a caretaker at St Andrew’s Primary School where the tragic events unfolded, drew nationwide shock when it was revealed that he had murdered the two young girls and hidden their bodies. His daughter, Samantha Bryan, recently attempted to visit him in prison but received a cold response, indicating a lack of interest in any potential meeting.

Having been attacked in prison in the past, Huntley’s eligibility for parole remains distant, with a scheduled hearing not possible until 2042. The Parole Board will assess his risk to society before considering any release.
