“Sky TV Consolidates Cinema Channels for Family-Friendly Lineup”

Sky TV customers can expect a significant change in their viewing experience starting April 30. Sky has announced the consolidation of its Cinema channel lineup, merging Sky Cinema Animation (previously on channel 312) into Sky Cinema Family on channel 304. This move aims to streamline the selection of family-friendly films in one convenient location.

Despite the channel merger, viewers will not lose access to any content; instead, their favorite movies, such as Shrek, The Secret Life of Pets, Smurfs, How to Train Your Dragon, Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse, and Wicked, will now be available on a single channel. Sky assures customers that all the content from Sky Cinema Animation will still be accessible through Sky Cinema Family.

For fans of Sky Cinema Animation, there is good news. The channel will make a temporary return during school holidays, running from July 24 to August 30, October 23 to November 1, and December 1 to January 5. This means children can enjoy their favorite films during breaks from school.
